Mark CordenMark Corden

Mark Corden has 11 years’ experience in the public funding and delivery of training and apprenticeships. He has been the Chief Executive and Managing Director of two independent training providers. Before that, he was a director of the government’s funding agency in England and also has experience in retail management.

As a consultant, he focuses on further education and training, where he advises on funding policy as well as delivering projects and programmes for employers, colleges and other training providers. Mark is a member of the Board of the Skills Funding Agency Technical Advisory Group and is a Fellow if the Institute of Leadership and Management and of the RSA.

Sally EleySally Eley

Sally Eley has over 15 years’ experience in developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies. She was Marketing Director at UK Skills for seven years and, since 2009, has been advising clients across the private, public and third sectors. She uses a combination of creative flair with rigorous delivery to maximise returns for clients.

Her experience covers the full lifecycle of branding and marketing. She has successfully created new brands, planned communication strategies, executed campaigns and helped clients make the shift into digital media. Sally is professionally qualified through the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a degree in French and Sociology.

Judith HarwoodJudith Harwood

For the last 12 years, Judith Harwood has specialised in leading change programmes in the public and commercial sectors, with an outstanding record of realising operational benefits. She has delivered success in the integration of two merged further education colleges, as well as mergers in the Business Link, funds management and insurance sectors.

She also brings extensive experience at board level in world-class banking and insurance companies, where she specialised in property financial risk management, investment and funds management and general management roles. Judith is a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Dick MooreDick Moore

For the last 20 years Dick Moore has worked at director and board level and was until 2010 Director of Technology at learndirect. Prior to this he was Vice-President Systems & Service at The in California and Director of Technology at Sheffield Further Education College.

He now advises organisations in the UK, US and Qatar on technology strategy and delivery. He has delivered projects on service innovations, alignment of technology strategy and improving effectiveness of technology departments. Dick is a Fellow of Education Impact and chairs the publications committee of the Association of Learning Technology. He is a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a degree in Biological Sciences.

Bob SanctoBob Sancto

Bob Sancto has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, including 12 years with major consulting firms, Ernst & Young and PKF Consulting. His projects include leading complex change programmes, establishing joint ventures and successfully transferring business units into new organisations.

He has advised government agencies in the skills and health sectors, and supported chief executives to improve the growth and financial performance of their organisations. Bob is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA). He also holds an MBA, a degree in accountancy and finance and is a Prince 2 Practitioner.
